April 7 – 12, 2024  Chemistry Delegation visit led by the vice Rektor, Research and Digitalisation, Prof. Andreas Dreuw

Pro Rektor, Research and Digitalisation, Prof. Dr. Andreas Dreuw led a five-professor delegation from Faculty of Chemistry came to India on an exploratory three city visit for discussions on cooperations with institutes of eminence in Hyderabad, Thiruvananthapuram and Mumbai. During the visit the delegation members, Prof. Dreuw, Prof. Vendrell, Prof. Greb and Prof. Comba gave Public Lectures, had scientific discussions and student interactions. In each city, Indo-German Panel Discussions were also organised that catered to large groups of scientists, students and industry representatives. During the visit Ph.D student selections were also done and exchange opportunities for students and faculty were laid down.
