September 22 – October 19, 2024 Prof. Anton Zimmermann visits NLU Delhi and Law Faculty, Delhi University

Prof. Dr. Zimmermann from the Heidelberg Institute for Comparative Law, Conflict of Laws and International Business Law visited National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi) as a guest leturer, where conducted research on Indian private international law and co-taught a course on 'Transnational Dispute Resolution and Modern Technologies' offering insights from both European and Indian perspectives. He was hosted by Prof. Risham Garg at NLD Delhi. At Faculty of Law, Delhi University, Prof. Zimmermann delivered lectures on current research trends in private international law and contract law, as well as private law and modern technologies. Further, options for future exchange with NLU Delhi and Delhi University and Heidelberg University in the field of were also discussed.
