October 2024 Prof. Peter Bastian visits IISc, Bangalore

Prof. Bastian visited The Indian Institute of Science Bengaluru (IISc) to have scientific meetings with Prof. Motamurri and Prof. Aditya at Department of Computational and Data Sciences. The discussions focused on future research cooperations and exchanges in the field of Mathematical Modelling, Quantum computing for scientific computations, Finite-element methods, High-performance computing, computational fluid dynamics, combustion and propulsion, and scientific machine learning. Subsequently, an Indo-German workshop was organised in Heidelberg.
