Past EventProf. Dr. Comba's India Visit

Prof. Peter Comba visited India September – October. The scientific visit included visits to IIT Bombay, TIFR Bombay, IACS Kolkata, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur and CSIR Jorhat. The purpose behind his visit is to deliver lectures at these institutions, interact with colleagues as well as with their students, finish publications with colleagues, discuss about new collaborative projects, organize visits of exchange students and colleagues to his lab at Heidelberg University. In addition to this, the discussion with colleagues is on how to revive the series of Indian-German conferences MCBR after a long covid break.

Prof. Comba has current collaborations with research groups at IIT Bombay and IIT Guwahati and is also a visiting professor and honorary professor to IITB and IITG.

Heidelberg Centre South Asia (HCSA) is the co-organiser of this visit.
