21st -24th March 2025 DAAD Events

The DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) celebrated its 100th anniversary in Delhi in March 2025. The celebrations included various events and activities, showcasing the DAAD's impact on international exchange and research collaboration. The key events included, the highlight joint evening as part of the Indo-German Forum: Research, Innovation and Transfer on Indo-German academic co-operation, University Visits in NCR and the briefing at The German Embassy. The events emphasized the importance of international exchange and collaboration in research and teaching and witnessed participation of around 80 German and Indian institutions from the partner network of the DAAD and the DWIH in India. Heidelberg University was represented by Dr. Fischer and Dr. Bakht.
