Upcoming Event1st Heidelberg Forum
2nd – 4th November 2022, Delhi and Sonepat
Heidelberg Centre South Asia (HCSA) is organising the first ever Heidelberg Forum which is scheduled to take place in Delhi and Sonepat, India. Four young brilliant scholars, Dr. Sophia Schwemmer, Dr. Anton Zimmermann, Ms. Vanessa Grifo and Mr. Mark Fischer would deliver their interactive talks at top institutions viz. University of Delhi, National Law University and Jindal Global Law School. This series of events is expected to foster cooperations, create visibility and outreach for Heidelberg University in fields of Law and Philosophy. The concept of Heidelberg Forum is in line with the philosophy of Heidelberg University to identify promising young scientists, provide them pertinent exposure and develop them. The ties developed at younger age result in long term cooperations.
Henceforth, every year Heidelberg Centre South Asia would organise Heidelberg Forum in parallel to the coveted Heidelberg Lecture by inviting young scientists from various departments at Heidelberg University. It is envisioned that in the years to come Heidelberg Forum too, like the Heidelberg Lecture would join an important rank in events in South Asia.
