Asia-Pacific Association for International Education (APAIE) organised the programme in Perth, Australia with the aim to promote the value of international education within the Asia- Pacific region, enabling greater cooperation between institutions, and enriching and supporting international programs, activities and exchanges. Heidelberg University was represented by Dr. Au, Director D7 and Dr. Bakht, Director HCSA. The visit facilitated indepth interactions with

potential and existing partners, and paved way for initiatives such as building strategic and tripartite strategic partnerships with National University of Taiwan (all three sub universities), National University of Singapore, Korea University, IIT Madras and University of Sydney, Australia.
