January 18, 2026 New Publication on International Civil Procedure Law in JuS 2026

Prof. Dr. Marc-Philippe Weller and Prof. Carla Sommer recently published the first part of their crash course on International Civil Procedure Law in Juristische Schulung (JuS) 2026, 13 ff. The second part of the publication is scheduled to appear in February 2026.

The article provides an overview of key principles of international civil procedure law, including the concept of international jurisdiction and landmark decisions of the European Court of Justice (ECJ) concerning the Brussels I bis Regulation.
